This refers to and includes the functionality, content, and offers included on the website. Payment Policy

All payments must be rendered in US Dollars. Payment is required at the time of the request for all services, including but not limited to coaching, consultation, and development on all digital projects, i.e., websites, online courses, website analysis, content creation.

Payment for subscription services will be made as follows:

• The first payment is due at the time of registration and your credit card payment will be immediately processed for the cost of the first payment and each subsequent payment will be processed monthly on the same day of the month until the end of the subscription.
• If you select the ‘payment in full’ option, your credit card will be immediately processed for the full payment at time of registration.

Appointment and fee for consultation and development is due prior to each service. This is a non-refundable fee.

Return Policy

SmithKing Media, LLC will work with its clients to resolve legitimate errors or concerns, accordingly. There are no refunds after work has begun on digital projects, i.e., websites, online courses, website analysis, etc. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of SmithKing Media, LLC.

There are no refunds on consultation services rendered. All cancellation on consultation and coaching must be made and confirmed no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time through SmithKing Media, LLC’s online scheduling application.

To cancel subscription services and receive a full refund, customers must complete all cancellations via the online scheduling application and receive cancellation confirmation within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Subscription services will receive a prorated refund based upon the number of consultations completed.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the upcoming scheduled appointment.

The Company will include testimonials on its website(s) and social media websites and mobile applications that are true and direct quotes from its consumers and/or affiliates. The source of some of the information may come from social media and you agree to allow SmithKing Media, LLC to post, share and print testimonials to be shared with others in print and/or digital format. My agreeing to work with the Company you are agreeing to this policy. Should you object to this, you must, respectfully, contact the Company in writing to request the content be removed.
